Saturday January 31, 1914
Raining untill near Three o'clock this evening, broke away, and a high wind for a few hours. Stars shining to night. Harry at West Chester this afternoon, gone in again this evening. I baked Pies, and Cakes. Margaret made the Bread, Cinnamon buns, and Doughnuts. Margaret was again dissapointed, could not get away to day, oweing to the rain.
